Park
Commission Vacancy
The Town of
Middleton
is looking to fill one vacancy on the Town Park Commission.
The Commission makes recommendations to the Town Board regarding
recreation programs, park and trail regulation, development and
maintenance. The Park Commission usually meets on the
second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Members receive a per diem of $40.
If you are interested in serving as a
member, please send a letter of introduction and interest, no
later than February 8, 2012 to: Town of Middleton Park Commission Opening,
7555 West Old Sauk Road, Verona, WI
5359. Alternatively, you may send an e-mail to
info@town.middleton.wi.us.
Candidates will be interviewed by the Park
Commission members at their next meeting on February 13, 2012 at
6:30 p.m. The Commission will recommend one candidate for
appointment to the Town Chair.

ASSESSMENT NOTICE
A revaluation
of property assessments in the Town of Middleton shall occur for
the 2012 assessment year. The revaluation notices will
sent to property owners beginning in early summer of 2011.
Please also notice that the Assessor has certain statutory
authority to enter land as described in Wisconsin Statutes,
sections 943.13 and 943.15.
This ability to
enter the land is subject to several qualifications and
limitations, as described within the foregoing statutes.
Copies of the applicable statutes can be obtained at public
depositories throughout the State of Wisconsin, and from the
State of Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau website (www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/stats.htm)
or a copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk.
